Once you're ready, we’ll introduce you to a family that fits all of our families and are personally interviewed and aligned with how we work. We'll organise the terms, set up interviews that work around your time, and offer support through every step of the process.

How does the matching process work?After you sign up, we’ll chat to understand your family’s routine, preferences, and the type of care you need. We’ll then match you with a vetted nanny, set up interviews, and arrange a trial period.

Are the nannies vetted?Yes, all of our nannies are personally recommended and thoroughly vetted by us to ensure they meet our high standards.

How are payments and contracts handled?You will pay your nanny directly for their hours worked. Our recruitment fee is paid separately, and it is due on the nanny’s first day of work. For more details about pricing and our rebate terms, please refer to our Terms and Conditions
